AYA VIRTUAL HEALING CENTRE
OUR OBJECTIVES
- Supply of temporary contract Health and Social Care Workers to existing care homes, hospices, and hospitals.
- Companionship and assisted living scheme.
- Specialised domiciliary care covering all departments within adult's and children's social care to include dementia, learning difficulties, elderly care and palliative care.
- Mental health support via our Virtual Healing Centre.
- Welfare of the homeless support programmes.
- Non profit care homes and retirement centres.
- Mental health and rehabilitation sanctuaries.
EDUCATION and TRAINING
At Aya Care, our values of care and love for people must start with our own staff and volunteers, which in turn is passed on to the Care Recipients.
We become the most efficient at helping others only once we have taken care of ourselves which is why our employee training and induction includes a unique Aya Education approach to self healing to ensure that our carers have an abundance of energy, low levels of stress, a sense of calm and peace, love and compassion, which will shine through in the care that is supplied to the Care Recipient.
Through our Virtual Healing Centre, we also aim to give people the self healing tools to empower them to maintain their own health and wellbeing, with a full supportive network surrounding them as and when required.

The Aya mangement team will be completely self funded with no cost to Aya Care to ensure that maximum funds are invested into our Health and Social Care Workers, providing high quality standards to our Care Recipients.

We believe that Health and Social Care Workers should be paid much more than current standards. With the help of private funding partners, we will increase their salaries and working conditions, reducing work load and stress, leading to more time being spent on the vital ingredient of love and compassion.

We will make use of care package funding and grants while working hard to ensure that the care given remains free to the care Recipient. Part of our work will involve campaigning for greater government funding with the ultimate aim of encouraging a system of free care for all in the UK.
